章力建研究员

章力建现任国家农产品质量安全风险评估专家委员会副主任、国际中医农业联盟首席科学家。1988年毕业于比利时让布鲁农业大学，获农学博士学位。1988年起，先后任中国农科院生物技术中心副研究员；科研部交流处副处长（主持工作）；国际合作办公室副主任（主持工作）；1994年起，先后任中国农科院副院长、中国农科院党组成员、中国农业科学院研究生院常务副院长、研究员。（其间1995年12月一2000年4月任贵州省人民政府党组成员，省委委员、省长助理，省扶贫开发领导小组副组长。）
